That’s why our goal is to turn every client into fans eager to refer business our way.

Once your project is underway, your primary point of contact will be your assigned Project Supervisor.

Each Project Supervisor has a designated Assistant Project Supervisor who can take over the management of your project in the absence of the Project Supervisor.

You will also have a Project Lead to make sure that those involved in your project have what they need and/or is doing what’s needed for a successful outcome.

In addition, our Production Manager provides inside support for our Project Supervisors, monitors production schedules, and helps with resource management for the production team.

Each Project Supervisor runs only one major project at a time.

That said, depending on the type of projects in construction, there may be ramp up and ramp down periods that create short interval overlap of projects.

Regardless, the Project Supervisor maintains open communication with you about schedule so you know what to expect in advance.

Yes. In accordance with the 2015 International Residential Code and the Massachusetts State Building Code 780 CMR 51.00 Massachusetts Residential Code 9th Edition, it is the obligation of the Contractor to obtain all necessary construction-related permits.

We have a production system based in construction management with an overriding policy to have company representation on site at all times that work is being performed.

Basnett DBR employees will definitely be working on your project and, depending on circumstances, other trade contractors (subcontractors) may be brought in.

Regardless of the worker, all are directed and supervised by Basnett DBR.

Our work hours fall between 7:00AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday.  Exact daily start and finish times are adjusted as needed and coordinated with you.

We generally do not work weekends, however, on occasion we will if the circumstances warrant and allow it.

Absolutely.  Prior to start of construction the Project Lead or the Production Manager will communicate our projected schedule.

Once construction begins it is the Project Supervisor’s job to make sure you are kept abreast of schedule as well as any other items that require your attention.

Yes, we are fully insured and require the same of all subcontractors.

We have a production system based in processes and communication that we started developing many years ago in an effort to facilitate client comfort, safety, quality control, cleanliness, and performance consistency.
