• Having the constraint of staying within the footprint of the pre-existing house (20’ x 36’), we were able to double the living area, drastically increasing the size of bedrooms and adding 1 ½ bathrooms as well as a functional basement.  The new design also substantially improved scenic lake views and privacy from neighbors.
